Kudrin says complex mgmt hierarchy bars natl proj completion
ST.PETERSBURG, Oct 28 (PRIME) -- A complicated management hierarchy is the key barrier for successful fulfillment of national projects, head of the Audit Chamber Alexei Kudrin said at a forum of strategists on Monday.
“The system of management of national projects is a complex hierarchy of levels so far, where there are requirements on all levels, national projects are fulfilled through federal projects, part of which are state programs and this is, in fact, an outdated system, it is not always effective. This is the main obstacle today but not the only one,” Kudrin said.
He also said that the requirements for the regions are too high while the resources are insufficient.
